Black Templars Emperor's Champion

I have been looking forward to painting the Emperor’s Champion for a while, but didn’t have time. It is such a nice sculpt.

I decided to go with a scheme slightly different to that of Games Workshop. A quick search for Emperor’s Champion artwork online will return some great pieces that show this character with more gold elements than the official models paint scheme by GW. I thought this looked more striking and fitting for such an important Black Templars character.
